1-on-1 Qigong

Qigong 4 Well-Being

1:1 Sessions with Tammy Bray

Hi! I am Tammy Bray, and I have been practicing various forms of Qigong for over 12 years.  Since September of 2023, I have been leading the strong and vibrant Qigong community at Sattva. 

 

I currently focus my personal Qigong studies, which I bring to you and the community, with Lee Holden of Holden Qigong and Master Mingtong Gu of Wisdom Healing Qigong/Zhineng Qigong and The Chi Center.  I share Qigong that speaks to our ability to feel self-empowered with our health and wellness in our every day practical lives, as well as Qigong that takes us deeper into our internal world, which in turn expands our outer awareness and consciousness. 

 

I invite you to join me for these personalized 1:1 sessions if that feels like a fit for you at this time.  (You can find more details about Qigong on the Sattva “Qigong” page.)

When might someone find they want a 1:1 Qigong 4 Well-Being session(s):

  • You are ready to begin your Qigong exploration, but a Qigong Intro Series at Sattva is not currently available or upcoming in the near future

  • You feel a bit self-conscious about giving it a try and would like to begin by having this experience 1:1 with a teacher before joining in with the Qigong community.

  • You have a particular focus area(i.e. anxiety, joint issues, breathing) where you would like to concentrate with Qigong individually.

  • The current schedule of Qigong 4 Well-Being classes at Sattva, do not fit in your personal schedule.
